Key responsibilities/What you do
The Reward Intern will play a crucial role in assisting the Reward team with managing compensation and performance processes. This includes tasks such as data analysis, benchmarking, and project support. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support reward initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review. ( Power BI)
- Use GenAI (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accerlate analysis and reporting
- Benchmarking and Research: Conduct research on market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits. Assist in benchmarking studies to compare company offerings with industry standards.
- Grading: Assist in grading roles consistently across the organisation
- Support in Reward Projects: Collaborate with the team to design and implement reward programs and initiatives. Provide administrative support in the rollout and communication of reward programs.
- Cyclical Activities Management: Support the management of cyclical activities within the specific function/LoB, including performance reviews and salary adjustments.
Key requirements/What you bring
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Pivots)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in English
- A high sense of confidentiality
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously, be self-directed
- Team player and ability to work in an international environment
- Data visualization skills, clear storytelling and high discretion
