About the role:

Following the recent rise of recent legislation on the Fair Pay ( Equal Pay, Adequate Wage/Living Wage, Pay Ratio etc.) and Pay transparency ( Career and Reward (including Compensation and benefits transparency) globally, there is a need from the organizations to look at both elements holistically and with integrated approach. The implications of those requirements, goes beyond the geographies and local impact and influence global reward practices to continue to attract, retain and engage the best talents. The new way of looking at the Fair Pay and Pay transparency goes beyond compliance, it's a strategic advantage.

Key Accountabilities:

  • The Reward Specialist - The Fair Pay and Pay Transparency" will support the integration of fair pay and pay transparency principles to reward structures, policies, and initiatives within the organization.
  • This role involves assisting with implementing EU Pay transparency requirements, CSRD reporting, Living Wage/ adequate wage study, pay gap study ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • They will also support change management and communication efforts related to pay transparency.
  • The position will work closely with the Head of Global Compensation Programmes on pay equity and adequate wage and Fair Pay and Pay Transparency Programme Lead on CSRD and EU Pay Transparency Requirements.
  • This role involves close collaboration with various functions including GBO, HR, Legal, Finance, Supply, I&D & ESG to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to fair pay and pay transparency.
  • They will also work closely with GBO team, Employee Relations, Heads of Market Rewards, regional and countries HR; wider HR COEs, Legal, D&T, and external Market Data Vendors and External Consultants.

Skills

  • Compensation Principles: Knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, salary benchmarking processes, and relevant legislation (e.g., EUPTD, Equal Pay).
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse large data sets and derive insights from data is vital. Strong problem-solving skills to make informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Hard-Working: Strong self-starter, eager to learn and see assigned projects through to successful completion.
  • Social Skills: Forming relationships with key partners within business functions and the HR team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Fair understanding of HRIS systems (Workday) and data bases, understanding of pay equity platforms.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Project Management
