Role Summary

This standalone role within EMEA, will manage all aspects of performance management and reward. StoneX Financial Limited is a non-SNI Firm for the purpose of MIFIDPRU Code. This role will suit someone with a Financial Service background who is able to work independently and juggle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will work closely with the Global Head of Reward, the Head of HR, EMEA and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in defining a reward approach and subsequent reward process flows for StoneX Financial Ltd, with close interaction with our US counterparts/ teams to ensure global alignment and consistency.
  • In partnership with key stakeholders manage any EMEA Remuneration Deferral Plan in line with the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulatory within the EMEA region.
  • As we grow and enhance the EMEA operating model, this role will work collaboratively with EU leadership and stakeholders to define, develop and implement any local regulatory requirements for that country.
  • Perform annual reviews and monitoring for any EMEA Material Risk Taker (MRT) in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end to end compensation calculations for identified MRT's, including developing systems, controls and governance.
  • As a standalone Reward SME within EMEA, this role will be the primary contact point for employees, payroll, share team and HRBP queries.
  • Contribute to the build and enhancement of the Global Reward strategy and implement any changes within EMEA in partnership with the Global Head of Reward / HRBP community.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and updating of any Remuneration Policy within EMEA.
  • Operate and deliver workflows that are in keeping with the regulatory landscape and which are auditable.
  • With a developing Reward strategy help define, deliver and implement job architecture and contribute to the development of the promotion framework
  • Own the EMEA salary survey benchmarking process / data / review, working closer with the HRBPs and mangers to validate employees against an external salary survey
  • Complete any regulatory disclosure and Gender Pay Reporting.
  • Working in partnership with HRMIS team to best utilise our HR platform (Oracle) in delivering this a Reward process
  • Note taker to the Chair of the Conduct Forum, managing the risk adjustment process.
  • Track, record and report any 'special' variable remuneration. Prepare, draft and collate data for REMCO reporting.
  • Ability to work within short and challenging turn around times

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience within specialist domain.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Remuneration Code/ FCA Regulations within Financial Services.
  • Experience within a generalist Reward Manager role, with demonstrated success of building working relationships within HR and the wider business.
  • Experience of advising managers on pay related matters and adhering to HR policies, procedures and processes and adhering to HR best practice.
  • Strong verbal and influencing skills, as this role may need to support the Head of HR at REMCOs.
  • Strong written communication and report writing skills at Board / REMCO level.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with HR/ Compensation metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of working effectively within a team and ideally of collaborating with HR colleagues from different teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and in situations that regularly change.
  • Experienced user of one or more HR systems, as well as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of challenges of operating within a global environment, building alignment globally while executing locally (Preferable)
