Reward Manager - (Remote/UK)

The Reward Manager is responsible for managing BAU compensation activities alongside Reward projects. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, this role supports compensation activities predominantly in the UK as well as Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, and Middle East.
This role can be based in any of our UK locations - London, Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, Glagow or Edinburgh.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of the CMS global reward strategy. As part of an evolving Reward & Benefits team, in this role you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
- Supporting the delivery of the Global Reward strategy
- Leading on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting
- Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Day to day management of two Reward Analysts
- Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm
- Drive a process of continual improvement
- Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements
About You

- Excellent Excel and data skills
- In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and complex annual review processes
- Experience of managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment
- Highly experienced in presenting complex reward data and a demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A systematic approach to work, management and driving positive change
- High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
- Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Previous team management experience is an advantage as is previous experience working in the legal sector or in a professional services environment
