About Instant Impact

Instant Impact is on a mission to become the go-to Talent Solutions & RPO partner for mid-sized businesses. We're passionate about innovation and delivering amazing results for our clients, and to achieve this, we need the best Growth team.

At Instant Impact, Growth means sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success all working together under a common purpose: driving sustainable and responsible growth.

We're looking for our first hire in Revenue Operations-a role that blends Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, plus a touch of data and finance. This team will be the backbone and driving force of Growth through 2024 and beyond.

If you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and technically minded, this role is perfect for you!

About the role

We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and loves to solve a challenge. We are a part of a high growth business, that is bucking market trends in a highly competitive industry, this means things move quickly and you need to be ok with that.

We need someone who is keen to make an impact (pun intended), understands conceptually what we are trying to achieve and can join the technical and process dots to make us as efficient as possible.

This role will involve (but not limited to):

  • Own the process map: You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle process map. You will map any changes and support improvement and iteration of the journey from 1st contact to contract renewal and beyond.
  • Developing metrics: Working closely with both Growth and delivery teams to produce core metrics on performance. You'll link these to HubSpot dashboards and ensure these are tracking the right inputs. You'll keep these up to date
  • Be in the detail on sales and marketing technology. You'll effectively own the tech stack for sales and marketing, so you'll either have deep knowledge of how it works or be able to learn fast. You'll also be reviewing new products, seeking to trial new processes and tools.
  • Own connectivity. Working with team leaders, you'll be the person that links outreach, intent, community, customer success and delivery together. You'll need to be an expert on process mapping and connecting the dots in real life.
  • Automate the administrative: you'll help us move from a function spending days each week on manual talks and allow our talented team to focus on higher value activities
  • Helping to execute our Growth strategy: You'll play a fundamental role in the delivery of our demand generation strategy. You'll build a bridge between intent and ABM helping us find, nurture, win and expand accounts.
  • Assisting with sales forecasting: Support our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Finance Director (FD) with regular forecasting and pipeline review.
  • Owning month-end reporting: Ensure relevant board reports are produced in line with business OKRs and manage our month-end vs budget process with CGO and (FD)
  • Keeping our data in check: Monitoring hygiene and ensuring we have the best processes in place to collect the right data at the right time
  • Continuously develop and optimise Hubspot: Support sales, marketing and delivery to make the very best of Hubspot

What we need from you:

  • Experience being a super admin on HubSpot - Certification preferred, but not required
  • Experience building and operating marketing process flows across a customer journey.
  • Experience implementing new marketing technologies i.e Intent data, Sales Outreach tool.
  • A genuine interest in tech and able to quickly review and understand the value of new technologies
  • A background in a solution sales or SaaS sales environment. Ideally in a growing organisation.
  • Experience with Clay (or similar)

What we can offer you in return:

  • The chance to make a significant and positive impact on a dynamic, rapidly growing business
  • Attractive compensation
  • Share Options in the wider Instant Impact business
  • Hybrid working - time split between our London office and working remotely
  • Private Health Insurance
  • 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays and 1x Employee enrichment day per annum)
  • Lots of other benefits aligning with our purpose of building a world class business that people love being a part of!

At Instant Impact, everyone is welcome.

We are committed to maintaining and growing our diverse and dynamic team and the inclusive culture we have built. We encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work regardless of; age, sexuality, religion, disability, pronouns, neurodiversity, gender, ethnic group, or beliefs. Instant Impact is actively seeking to hire a diverse workforce so we can continue to celebrate inclusion and diversity in its full.
