Employment: Full-time, permanent

Location: London (hybrid working, minimum 2 days in the office)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus annual bonus scheme

Immerse Education is a leading provider of high-quality academic short courses for junior students. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in London, to lead the day-to-day operations of our revenue function, with a focus on driving growth, improving GTM intelligence and expanding our international footprint.

Over the past two years we have grown from a staff team of three to more than 30, and have diversified our portfolio of in-person and online programmes as we continue our journey to becoming a global leader in transformative educational experiences.

We have recently upgraded our CRM to Salesforce, and the successful applicant should have Salesforce administration experience and will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements as well as maintaining the platform.

About the role

  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive growth and profitability, with a focus on expanding our international footprint
  • Manage and optimise our Salesforce system to ensure accurate data and streamlined processes
  • Create and maintain revenue reporting dashboards and KPIs, and provide regular updates to the senior leadership team
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement pricing strategies and promotions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue recognition and forecasting
  • Lead the development and execution of our annual strategic plan, with a focus on achieving revenue growth targets
  • Identify areas of improvement in our revenue processes and implement solutions to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Regular reporting to company leadership

Requirements

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with experience as a Salesforce administrator, in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing revenue operations strategies that drive growth and profitability, with a focus on international expansion
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating and managing revenue reporting dashboards and company-wide KPIs
  • Expertise in maintaining, managing and optimising Salesforce systems
  • Experience using Zapier to connect third party applications
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing pipeline processes
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive revenue growth
  • Experience in hypothesis testing of new data-driven initiatives in order to increase business performance
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing and building high-performing teams
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proactive at identifying data-driven approaches that inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with senior leadership
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

The ideal candidate also

  • Has worked in the education technology industry
  • Is SalesForce certified
  • Proven statistical experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity of both B2C and B2B sales and marketing processes and challenges
  • Basic python coding skills
