What your role is

Our snacking vision is to become the category growth leader fueled by a portfolio of brands that meet more snacking occasions. The incumbent will be responsible for leading global cross functional teams, with a consumer first mindset to deliver key Holistic Margin Management (HMM) initiatives that fuel growth and steward the brand in a sustainable way. The position is part of the International Brand Development Tea (BDT), part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Brand Management, Snacks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build the HMM Strategy
    • Create the long term HMM strategy for Nature Valley and Fibre One in collaboration with the Head of Brand Management and cross functional stakeholders.
    • Embed with the cross functional teams to create focus, correct distortion of resources and commitment to achieving the ambition.
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead specific HMM projects and work within a virtual, matrixed global team through decision gates and coordinating execution from project feasibility through the stages.
    • Work in partnership with Consumer Insights (CI) and Product Guidance Insights (PGI) to help drive execution of HMM learning plan to understand our consumers and activate insights that help to deliver the right value equation for consumers.
    • Work collaboratively and in consultation with the business teams across EUAU and Global Emerging Markets to ensure the relevance and successful implementation.
  • HMM Coordination
    • Lead HMM ideation and complexity review to drive overall 12Q pipeline sufficiency and delivery of business targets.
    • Lead required analysis and scenario planning to facilitate accurate decision making on key HMM programs.
    • Manage budgeting for projects.

What you will bring to the team

Qualifications/Experience

  • Graduate (minimum 2:1) business qualification.
  • Background in FMCG finance, supply chain or marketing.
  • Minimum of 6 working years' experience.

Skills

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to manage stakeholder expectations virtually and across cultures clearly and energize teams by conveying vision.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to plan effectively, time management and the ability to delegate appropriately.
  • Commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of profitability
