Revenue Enablement Technology Manager

Role Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team who will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness [seller productivity & proficiency] by optimising use of key sales tools and data insights. Supporting wider Revenue Enablement initiatives to empower our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

What You Will Do

  • Sales Tool Management
  • Enable and administer essential Sales Tools; specifically, Salesforce, Gong & LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Ensure that all sales team members [including leadership] are equipped and competent with the necessary tools during their onboarding process.
  • Remain updated on new features and functionalities within the Sales technology stack and wider Revenue Enablement best practices- provide comprehensive training and support on to Sales teams on these updates.
  • Data Utilisation and Analytics
  • Drive the Revenue Enablement Strategy by analysing data from sales tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve proficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of revenue enablement programs and initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Content Development and Management
  • Create, curate, and manage revenue enablement content, tools and resources; specifically supporting the adoption of Sales Tools & best practice.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, customer success, and operations, to align sales enablement efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives.
  • Training and Development
  • Design and deliver sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales tool utilisation and adoption.
  • Support ongoing Enablement development activities and events such as Sector days, Kick Offs etc.

What You Will Have

  • Experience and proficiency in utilising and training others in Salesforce, Gong and other related Sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and translate this into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity and a desire to interrogate data to drive and enable business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
