Key Responsibilities & Purpose:
- Develop a clear framework to evolve how our category show up in store.
- Partner & manage external agencies to create inspirational visions for the store of the future & retail transformation embedded in consumer insight.
- Execution- develop the playbook/ piscos for each category tailored by channel: Grocery, Convenience, Online
- External - Play a leading role at retailer strategy days on key transformation projects as the expert. Build long term partnerships on key projects.
- Have knowledge of category exe
Key Routines and Relations:
- Comfortable managing big projects through to execution - insight
- Working with multiple external collaborators - Agency and Retailers
- Play an important role to influence store of the future across the category development team.
- Comfortable working in partnership with cross functional teams - Sales, Marketing, Cat Dev and Customer Activation
- Strengthen and embed the relationship between customer activation and category development - create efficiencies on key insights, assets, and execution.
