What will you be doing?
When a customer enters your store, they will get that Vodafone feeling - a sense that they're welcomed, valued and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
Who are we looking for?
Strong operational experience combined with energy and engagement with your teams and customers will enable you to thrive in this role. It can be a demanding role but for the right person, it's an amazing opportunity to progress themselves within one of the UK's most valuable brands. We will require a minimum of 3 years Store Manager experience.
