About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve their individual targets, whilst maintaining full compliance with the sales process.
  • Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area, including up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
  • Positively impact and contribute to the performance of the sales department, through identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Maximising upon every available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediate team and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of any relevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
  • Utilising enquiry management systems to ensure that the expectations and requirements of customers are consistently delivered upon by the Sales Executives.
  • Being an advocate of the Audi brand and championing the products to generate interest and ensure sustained customer commitment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. sales manager, transaction manager, business manager, sales controller etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
  • Demonstrable success in achieving team and departmental targets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently meet deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience working within a franchised automotive dealership or with a VAG Brand
