Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner that focusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.
  • Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
  • all data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately and deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
  • Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.
  • The successful candidate would be expected to commute between both our sites in Fakenham and Bury St Edmunds.

Prerequisites:

= Previous relevant experience required

= Previous motor industry experience required

= Good communication skills

= Customer facing experience required

= Good attention to detail

= Full UK driving licence required
