1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 650 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Retail Network Manager to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director of the 1WorldSync GmbH, the Retail Network Manager will play a key role in expanding the customer network for 1WorldSync.
As Retail Network Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Drive execution of recipient network growth goals by understanding and analyzing top network targets and strategic sales initiatives.
- Drive adoption of 1WorldSync syndication network on key recipients by leveraging PowerReviews and ContentCast syndication products and appropriate selling materials
- Scout for potential solution sells by analyzing recipient site needs and asking thoughtful and probing questions during 1:1 strategic meetings hosted with key recipients
- Recommend products and services that will enhance and add value to the recipients website that are complementary to the solution you are presenting
- Develop and nurture relationships with key recipients to ensure business stability and continuity
- Coordinate meetings as required to present appropriate solutions with stakeholders
- Collaborate with 1WorldSync partner advocates for key introductions and pitches where more technical dialogue may be required
- Host and attend calls as needed both internally and externally to keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues
- Understand product portfolio, product marketing materials and research to persuade and influence recipients to take 1WorldSync syndication programs
- Become an expert at the regional syndication landscape to understand competition, risks to the business
- Forecast quarterly network growth with an eye towards long term business initiatives which will allow us to sell other solutions
- Leverage existing customer relationships within various work groups such as sales, presales, customer success, partner network or otherwise to secure business meetings
- Work closely with our teams to develop an outreach strategy that benefits existing and new business
- Secure commitment with a timeline for syndication implementation
- Coordinate webinars with marketing to support regional syndication adoption
Goals
- Conduct targeted outreach via email and cold calls at a minimum of 40+ prospects per day
- Shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new sales development campaigns to drive qualified meetings
- Conduct high-level conversations with potential decision makers within targeted prospects
- Sign partnership agreements for syndication products that are free of charge for recipients and coordinate the implementation with our internal teams
- Generate leads for our quota-carrying reps by developing a strong pipeline of opportunities for our chargeable syndication products
- Consistently achieve qualified meeting goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
- Maintain our CRM to keep lead and prospect information updated
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- SaaS, eCommerce, Channel, Sales or Digital Marketing experience or Digital Content Distribution
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence
- Comfortable with making cold calls to present 1WS solutions to prospective recipients
- Syndication experience is a plus
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to segment our prospect and customer base to identify targets
- Feel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
- Tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
- Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
- Drive and consistency are a must

Additional Details:
- Fully remote working, with pre-arranged visits to the 1WS office locations
- This position requires up to 20% travel.
