Overview
What will you be doing?
We're hiring a Retail Media Manager to help shape how some of the world's most recognisable brands show up and succeed across today's retail and commerce platforms. This role plays a meaningful part in turning media investment into measurable growth, working at the intersection of data, creativity and performance. You'll partner closely with clients and internal specialists to deliver smart, connected retail media strategies that make an impact. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, this is an opportunity to grow your craft in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Owning the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of retail media campaigns across key retailer and commerce platforms.
- Translating client objectives into clear activation plans that drive performance and commercial outcomes.
- Building trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, thoughtful guidance and consistent delivery.
- Collaborating with media, data, tech and commerce specialists to create integrated, end-to-end solutions.
- Analysing campaign results and market trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Supporting account growth through proactive ideas, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Managing reporting, financial processes and partner engagement to ensure smooth, transparent delivery.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Experience working in retail media, eCommerce or performance-led digital media environments.
- Confidence managing and optimising campaigns across major retail or marketplace platforms.
- A strong understanding of how data and insights inform media performance and decision-making.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a connected, multi-disciplinary team.
- Curiosity and motivation to keep learning as the retail media landscape continues to evolve.
- Strong organisational skills, with comfort balancing multiple priorities at once.
