Overview

What will you be doing?

Publicis Groupe is searching for a Retail Media Director to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognised company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe.

This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client account growth through clear eCommerce strategies and innovation roadmaps, delivering against revenue and performance targets
  • Set strategic direction for retail media activations across platforms including Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and Criteo
  • Own senior client relationships, ensuring alignment on objectives, KPIs and performance, and acting as the escalation point when needed
  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing account teams, fostering collaboration, capability growth and continuous improvement
  • Oversee campaign quality, performance and optimisation, translating data into actionable insights and improvement plans
  • Manage financial governance across accounts, including budgets, reconciliations and billing, to maximise ROI
  • Build strong partnerships with key retail and technology players and represent the agency externally to stay ahead of industry trends

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within retail media and/or agency environments with experience with Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media or Criteo.
  • Proven experience managing large accounts and client management.
  • Strong understanding of search and Amazon advertising strategies, including knowledge of other media channels.
  • Certifications or experience with Amazon Advertising Foundations, Sponsored Ads Foundation, and Amazon Vendor Central. Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo or other retailer-specific platforms would be a bonus.
  • Strategic experience with the ability to execute innovative roadmaps.
  • People management experience and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
