• £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

More about the role:

You will be working at Swansea City Football Club both on match days and non match days. Swansea.com Stadium is home to both Swansea City Football Club and Ospreys Rugby Club.

Working in true partnership with our client, we will deliver a business that is guest focused, sustainable, exciting, innovative, and profitable. You will be integral to this vision and will be passionate about creating something special.

• Lead the retail team on event days, delivering event information and set out expectations for the day.
• Support the People Operations Team with the recruitment and training of the casual workforce including supervisors and managers
• Ensure they provide a customer focused experience, dealing with any customer service issues accordingly
• Review efficiencies of all outlets, constantly striving to improve productivity and customer service, in accordance with our guidelines
• Assess staffing levels and communicate with HOD's the retail plan and any requirements
• Prepare the venue for opening at each event

About you:

• A communicative nature and strong work ethic
• Experience of planning and delivering world class hospitality
• Previous management experience within the hospitality sector
• A keen eye for detail, strict organisation and an appetite for victory
