We are recruiting for an experienced Catering FOH manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within the 2 employee dining restaurants. The role will ensure customer service and offerings within the departments are to a high standard and are always progressing with new innovative ideas with a Commercial focus.

It will involve leading and managing a team effectively to inspire personnel to meet company goals which includes people culture, product enhancements, financial performance, health and safety and CSR. The role includes delivering on key projects and ensure that company policies and procedures are always followed.

Overall Purpose of the Role

  • Lead, Maintain and deliver exceptionally high standards of food and service across Retail services.
  • Achieve health and safety standards.
  • Deliver business performance through driving high usage and managing costs effectively.
  • Develop credible relationships with key stakeholders, specifically our client team and other vendors.
  • Identify and implement CSR opportunities in partnership with KPMG and Compass values.
  • Create a 'one team' approach with the team to ensure flexibility of coverage between departments to support with demand each day. Also, to build a relationship with the Hospitality and Fine Dining departments, ensuring consistency of standards, efficiencies and a collaborative culture is embraced.
  • Drive a 5 star service to ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest possible level.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of administrative and financial records within the retail and vending department.

Our Ideal Manager will:

  • have Contract catering experience.
  • experience of management of multi operational outlets.
  • Team player with can-do positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Good computer and database skills.
  • Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
