The Opportunity

  • We have an exciting role as an Account Manager, at the Boots Store in Derby
  • The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive.
  • A Puig Retail Brand Account Manager achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipate their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • You will develop and increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based.

What you'll get to do

You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Puig brands, which include Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier and Carolina Herrera, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

As the Account Manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customers loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

  • Retail expertise: This means ensuring there is sufficient stock for the needs of the business, visual merchandising guidelines are followed at all times and POS elements are up to date. It's having good awareness of competitors' products and marketing activities.
  • Amazing product knowledge: This means having up to date knowledge of all Puig brands and in-depth knowledge of Puig brands in their store. It's having good awareness of competitor brands.
  • Excellent communication skills: This means using effective communication techniques by adapting your communication style to suit the person in order to establish a rapport of trust and integrity. It's having the ability to ensure full understanding of what is being communicated.
  • Your numerical skills and ability to understand sales figures and analyse them, coupled with your core literacy skills ensure you can deliver effective written and oral communication.
  • You have a genuine passion and understanding for the Fragrance and Make Up industry.
  • Strong social media skills and knowledge will put you ahead of the competition and an excellent working knowledge of Instagram / Facebook, Tik Tok & Twitter is desirable.
