£40,000 salary
Monday to Friday, 40 hours

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume corporate staff dining restaurant. This is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where standards and guest experience are key.

Site Overview
Corporate dining environment
Team of 6 across front and back of house
High-volume service with peak periods
Strong focus on quality, consistency and control

What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily briefings and prepare the team for service
Maintain a strong presence on the floor
Manage service flow and guest experience
Work closely with the kitchen team
Monitor standards, cleanliness and availability
Resolve issues quickly and take full ownership
Review performance and reset for the next day

About You
Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong front of house leadership
Confident running busy services
Highly organised and detail focused
Comfortable managing a small team
Understands food cost and operational efficiency
Takes ownership and leads from the front
