The Job Role

• A Restaurant Manager to lead a busy high end restaurant
• To oversee the high volume operation
• An experienced restaurant manager to interact with every dining guest to ensure all expectations are met
• To continually drive standards of food and drink service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
• A restaurant Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• A restaurant Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
