The Job Role

• Restaurant Manager in a small boutique restaurant
• 30 seater restaurant - this is role is about quality service
• Managing the day to day running of this hotel restaurant inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Reporting into the F&B Manager
• The Restaurant Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team

The Requirements

• A current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Rosette experience desired but not essential.
• Have the ability to lead from the front within busy operations
• Experience within good quality establishments
• A real passion for food and service is a must.
