The Job Role
- Restaurant Manager in a small boutique restaurant
- 30 seater restaurant - this is role is about quality service
- Managing the day to day running of this hotel restaurant inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Reporting into the F&B Manager
- The Restaurant Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team
The Requirements
- A current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Rosette experience desired but not essential.
- Have the ability to lead from the front within busy operations
- Experience within good quality establishments
- A real passion for food and service is a must.
