We are seeking a driven Restaurant General Manager to join the Claridge's Restaurant team at Claridge's.

Currently within Claridge's Restaurant, the soul of New York crosses the Atlantic as Dante brings its iconic cocktail culture to the timeless elegance of Claridge's. From the heartbeat of Greenwich Village to the heart of Mayfair, two legends come together in a celebration of delicious cocktails, seasonal produce, and hospitality.

As Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for:

• The leadership and day to day operation of Claridge's Restaurant in line with Claridge's standards, policies, procedures and objectives.
• To have a strong presence in the dining room during operating hours in order to support the team and connect with guests.
• To ensure that revenue and expenses are in line with budgeted guidelines and, working closely with the Head Chef to oversee menu planning.
• To lead and train the restaurant team ensuring colleague development and team success
• Creating strong connections with guests, suring they have a reason to return

Successful candidates for our Restaurant General Manager opportunity will:

• Be motivated and highly organised and preferably have previous experience within a similar role.
• Be a confident and well spoken communicator.
• Have the leadership skills and ability to lead a front of house team of 38 colleagues
• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Have previous experience in a restaurant management role and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment, working with a large team.
• Have exceptional knowledge of quality food, wines and spirits
