What you'll do:

• Customer-Centric Focus: Ensuring impeccable delivery of services and prioritising customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in the management of costs, procedures, equipment and maintenance.
• Sales Promotion: actively Promote functions, events and other offerings.
• Staff Training and Development: Provide training and support to all staff to optimise performance.
• Licensing Compliance: Being conversant with licensing legislation and assisting in the implementation of policies.
• Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of staff-related administration, including time-sheets and change of details forms.
