About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Property Delivery Team Manager to join our dynamic Property Services team. As a pivotal role in our internal maintenance service (IMS), you will oversee responsive repairs operations across your area, ensuring outstanding results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Multi Skilled Technicians, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of responsive repairs within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Manage the scheduling of work and resource allocation, in collaboration with our Planning team, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct property inspections, manage quality control, and address customer complaints effectively to maintain service standards.
  • Support cross-team collaboration to deliver a 'one team, one purpose' ethos, minimising duplication and fostering innovation.
  • Participate in the LiveWest repairs stand-by rota, to ensure effective resolution of escalated issues.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and is a mobile role. You will be working in the Plymouth/Tavistock/Ivybridge area.

About The Candidate

To be successful in your application for the role of Property Delivery Team Manager you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 2 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of quality housing/construction maintenance, repairs and refurbishment.
  • Knowledge of, and experienced in the use and application of mobile technology.
  • Experience in managing health and safety across multiple projects and operational teams.
  • Health and Safety training - CITB, SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH or equivalent.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • Desirable: Apprenticeship or Supervisor/Team Leader qualification.
  • Desirable: Experience of leading a team within the construction/maintenance sector.
