Job Title: Resourcing Advisor
Location: All BAE UK Sites will be considered. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: Up to £38,000 commensurate with skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with the recruitment teams to agree and raise requisitions and support the resourcing team manager in capturing demand for open roles across business area
- Utilise forecasting for the team and monitor timesheet completion & utilisation
- Address any issues within recruitment and on-boarding and assist recruitment teams identifying appropriate interviewers
- On-boarding of new staff into team and working with Team leads to building a sense of community across project teams and business area
- Ensure our core tooling is up to date and accurate: RMT – Resource Management Tool, and Success Factors – Ensuring new recruitment requisitions are raised for recruitment teams
- Interpret, communicate and create reports to support Resourcing & Workforce Planning Management
- Understand staff utilisation, open roles, available resources, upcoming recruitment pipeline
Your skills and experiences:
- Time management and prioritization skills – able to work with conflicting requirements on time
- Good problem solving and facilitation skills with stakeholder management
- Communications skills, verbal and written
- Good business awareness/acumen – able to understand business priorities and support business decision-making
- Good competency and knowledge of Microsoft office packages, high competency in MS Excel
