About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Resources Manager to join our team in the Faculty of Business and Law. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process improvement and efficiency within the Faculty. This will involve analysing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimise operations.
Your ability to analyse processes and propose efficient improvements using available tools and your advanced expertise in Excel. and Microsoft Power Platforms will be essential to your success
You will be responsible for managing faculty level resources, including financial operations such as payments, bookings, invoicing, and claims processing. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Faculty's administrative and financial processes.
You will also have line management responsibility for the Resources Coordinator, including undertaking appraisals, workload and performance management, and staff development.
With a degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification, you will have demonstrable experiencene of delivering high quality customer service and excellent organisational and communication skills.
