Overview
We are hiring a Resourcing Director to help shape how talent powers our client delivery across Publicis Media. This is a highly impactful role where you'll connect business demand with people strategy-ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver great work, sustainably and commercially. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, influencing key decisions and bringing clarity to complexity. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end resourcing and capacity planning across your agency, ensuring balanced workloads and effective delivery
- Build and maintain a forward-looking view of demand and supply, using pipeline, client activity and business changes to inform decisions
- Facilitate regular conversations with leadership to identify risks, highlight pressures and agree practical solutions
- Guide decisions on deployment, prioritisation and external resource use to optimise utilisation and delivery outcomes
- Partner with Finance and Talent to align workforce planning with commercial goals and organisational strategy
- Provide clear insight and reporting on utilisation, costs and risks, enabling informed decision-making
- Ensure resourcing decisions support fairness, development opportunities and continuity across teams and accounts
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience in resource management, capacity planning or workforce strategy within a complex organisation
- Strong analytical thinking with confidence interpreting and presenting data to stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders in a collaborative way
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needs evolve
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how resourcing decisions impact cost, margin and delivery
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with confidence navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes
