Resource Deployment Manager

The Resource Deployment Manager is responsible for managing pools of skilled resources to ensure that the right people with the right skills are available for projects and Responsiv at the right time. This means writing job specifications, maintaining pools of candidates, negotiating rates, and having reasonable understanding of skills and their meanings.

Resourcing

• Understand project skills and find suitable candidates.
• Negotiate rates and onboard consultants to projects.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and associates.
• Write job specifications and manage internal recruitment.

Project Support

• Onboard and offboard candidates to projects.
• Ensure accurate time and expense reporting.
• Manage exceptions and scheduling.
• Maintain communication and establish a team environment.

General

• Dealing with absence, emergencies, and escalations.
• Working with IBM to resource projects.
• Running recruitment campaigns for internal staff and projects.

About you

You are highly organised, have an attention to detail, and enjoy getting things done. You are a quick learner, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable responding to unexpected demands.

This role is ideally suited to candidates with 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
