About the Role

We're looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Skegness Resort as part of our Resort Safety team. As the Resort Safety Manager will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations within the Resort Safety(Night) team function for a large complex, with multiple entertainment/licensed venues, thousands of guests and team living on resort.

You will be responsible for maintaining the layered security arrangements of the resort, from perimeter to internal patrols, to specific venue staff (doors and internal patrols), including mobile patrols, response tasks and balancing security arrangements against customer/guest experience ensuring the safety of team and guests.

You will lead your team, focusing on promoting a culture focused on delivering an amazing guest experience alongside driving brand profit and growth.

You will also closely monitor KPIs, guest NPS and feedback and fluctuating guest volumes based on break type to ensure the venue and your team are set up for success and we are taking opportunities to improve where we can.

This is an operational guest facing role and therefore all none-guest facing tasks and activity will be allocated as time within your working week to allow you to spend the majority of your time with your team, around all areas of the Resort and with our guests.

Shift pattern for this role will be Friday to Tuesday - 5.00 PM to 1.00 AM.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous demonstrable experience of leading a (venue) team in the private security industry and experience in placing the customer/guest experience at the heart of everything that we do.

Demonstrable experience of leading teams to success, this includes proficiency in: managing performance, coaching and delivering team training, setting standards and role modelling this behaviour, problem solving and providing feedback.

You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching.

This role also requires you to hold a current SIA Door Supervisor License and Driving License.

Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
