Job Description
We are looking for a Resilience Operational Centre Manager in our Risk Management function, to report into the Operational Resilience Senior Manager.This role is crucial as you will ensure compliance with resiliency policies and standards, enhancing our ability to manage crises and maintain operational continuity. By providing 2nd line of defence oversight and support, it helps drive high-quality practices aligned with current standards and regulatory requirements.
Work that Matters - What You'll Do
- Support UK&I regions and Global Functions as a subject matter expert in Technology Resilience/Recovery or Operational Resilience.
- Assist 1st line of defence teams in establishing technology and operational resilience.
- Participate in regional crisis management incidents and collaborating with other Resilience Operation Centres (ROCs) for 24/7 coverage.
- Deliver important resilience activities such as plan creation/reviews, business continuity exercises, and audits.
- Supporting the Global Watchtower process to understand new resilience regulations and threats.
Qualifications
- Experience in Resilience disciplines (Business, Operational, Cyber and Tech)
- Focus on details, accurate, and well-organised
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of the Resilience Regulatory Landscape
- Ability to provide clear and concise communications to a variety of stakeholders.
