Job Description
Are you ready to lead the Council in the face of uncertainty? We're looking for a dynamic Resilience Manager to strengthen our emergency preparedness, protect communities, and ensure continuity when it matters most.
The Resilience Manager will have the opportunity to drive the development of the Council-wide emergency planning and resilience work programme, devising new initiatives in line with national frameworks and monitoring the outputs of existing work. They will represent the Emergency Planning Team both within the Council and in wider working partnerships, engaging with a variety of stakeholders. No two days are the same, and the Resilience Manager is a key role both in incident response and daily planning and preparedness.

- Are highly motivated self-starters
- Can think ahead, anticipate outcomes and identify solutions
