Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus scheme
Location- Head Office/ Hybrid
Hours- 37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday

What's The Job?
At Baltic Apprenticeships client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. Coming from either a background in recruitment, sales or customer service, the ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.
You will join our SME Account Management Team which means you will work with SME organisations to help them identify skill gaps and grow their teams. You will be on hand to support the employer whilst their learner is on-programme with us. You will collaborate closely with our team of Coaches to assist with action plans and resolve any concerns they may have. As learners approach the completion of their programme, you will begin discussing the opportunity for them to progress onto a Level 4 Programme.
Role Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Operates as the main point of contact for your assigned customer accounts.
- Identify and generate new sales in your customer accounts, including progressions, upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with colleagues working on the same account to ensure the highest levels of service across each function.
- Resolve any service or apprentice performance issues that may occur within your accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts retaining the majority beyond existing service.
- Maintain and improve account retention.
- Communicates client needs and demands to SMT.
- Forecast and track client account metrics.
- Keep records of client transactions.

Desirable Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in account management, recruitment, or sales role
• Previous experience in a vibrant and fast paced environment
