Residential Deputy Manager
We are thrilled to announce the introduction of *new* Deputy Manager posts within Lancashire County Council's Residential Children's Service as part of our Where Our Children Live programme.
This is a great opportunity for experienced Residential workers or existing Assistant Managers to take the next step in their residential career.
The Deputy Manager will work core hours (Monday - Friday between 7am and 7pm) supporting and supervising a staff team of Senior Residential Childcare Workers and Residential Childcare workers.
Posts are available across Lancashire in our small Children's Homes, our specialist home for children with significant mental health challenges, and our hubs designed to divert children form care through intensive support.
