Resident Services Assistant

About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Services Partner to join our busy Build to Rent team at Landrow Place, Birmingham. Our Resident Services Partners are fundamental in creating an excellent first and lasting impression of our community for all.

  • Expected salary - £29,500 - £30,000.

  • Contract type - This position is a permanent contract.

  • Location - This role will be based at our Birmingham Build to Rent site, Landrow Place.

  • The working hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week. The earliest start time will be 8am and typically the latest finish time will be 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Occasional evening working may be required.  

  • Please note, internally this role is known as ‘Resident Services Partner’.

  • Please be aware that due to the nature and activities of this role, all successful candidates will have a DBS check carried out on them through a 3rd party registered body. For more details on DBS checks and what these entail, please visit the Government website. A financial probity check will also need to be completed for this role.

Key responsibilities

As a Resident Services Partner, you should share our desire to deliver an exceptional experience, assisting all stakeholders that enter the building from contractors to couriers, to residents and their guests. Great delivery is key to our service.

This role is responsible for the management of the customer experience from the first point of enquiry to move out. This will include being the point of contact for all maintenance issues, whether inside or outside of the front door.

This role is also expected to be actively involved in lettings, responding to enquiries and host viewings when necessary.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need 

● Experience in working in a Residential/Build to Rent/PBSA environment

● Experience of working in a customer facing environment

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable skills/experience you may have

● ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Qualified
