Resident Manager, 4 month FTC

Salary - £25,000- £26,000 pro rata for length of contract

This vacancy has arisen to support our team through our summer peak, which is our busiest period.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings process, including resident induction.
  • Manage the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and Get Living processes, controls and policies
  • Report accurately to the Senior Resident Manager in the team
  • Manage applicant checks, including referencing, ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed
  • Undertake inspections of both occupied and vacant properties, to ensure apartments are maintained at the required standard, reporting breaches or maintenance issues
  • Undertake resident inductions, providing a fantastic move-in experience for our residents.
  • Handle incoming queries and provide excellent on-going support and aftercare to our residents
  • Move out (and deposit release) process
  • Accurately report and record all activity in line with Get Living controls, processes and policies
  • Ensure any portals are kept up to date, and on a regular basis. I.e. Rightmove uploads daily
  • Work with Resident Managers team to achieve average occupancy level and pricing levels
  • Work with team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Attend resident events and other experiences

Working pattern: 40 hours a week. 5 out of 6 days a week on a rota basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous letting/property management experience
  • ARLA or equivalent property qualification desirable.

  • Desired experience in Yardi, Zendesk Support, Zendesk Sell, Invetorybase etc
