Your Role
Tasked with being in charge of the onsite residence staff; you will create a home from home environment for our international students by assisting your residence leaders in guiding their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

After a summer of working as a Residence Manager, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and will have managed a team of international staff. You will expand your organisational skills to ensure the room allocations are maximised and that our logistics systems are up to date.
This is a live in position where accommodation and full board is provided at no extra cost. Roles run from June/July - August 2025
Responsibilities
- Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. A live-in position that sees you having the overall responsibility for a hotel/residence and the students/staff who are staying there
- Supervise a team of Residence Advisors to ensure our students have a home away from home experience
- You will manage room assignments, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure a seamless experience for our students
- You will liaise with residence owners and staff on anything from cleaning, maintenance, to theme events and safety
Requirements
- A flexible approach to hours of work undertaken is essential
- Experience of managing or leading a team desirable
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive
- Customer service orientated, friendly & approachable manner
- Able to remain calm under pressure & to diffuse potentially difficult situations
- Sensitive to needs of international students living away from home
- Excellent communicator with students, colleagues, and external clients
- Attention to detail, organized & thorough
- All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
- Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment
