Working with the UKs largest brands in an unparalleled commercially focused account management and consulting team, you'll be helping add value to our clients by guiding and developing your team to become trusted partner with the clients using social data and analytics.

This role will be responsible for client management of a portfolio of clients in the newly merged businesses where we have brought together the power of our SaaS platform Synthesio and social data consulting unit SIA, tasked with setting gold standard for account management and deep consulting to partner with clients for y-o-y growth.

You'll be working in Ipsos Synthesio client team who is responsible for account management and consulting clients on social data intelligence. This role will be responsible for a portfolio of clients for account management and social data consulting. You would be managing a set of mid-large clients, responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across the accounts.

You'll demonstrate how we can add value to their business, creating the best opportunities to retain and grow the business. You'll mentor and grow the team that supports you in achieving success as the best client servicing team in the industry who provides deep insights using social data to help client's grow their business. This is a highly visible and exciting area so there are big opportunities for the right person.

This role will offer hybrid working from our London office 3 days a week and the rest from home.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage a direct report on account management and consulting the clients and retaining the platform subscription business.
  • Willing to learn how to upsell custom social intelligence projects to clients.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across companies at mid-senior levels and play a pivotal role in shaping Ipsos's position in the social intelligence space.
  • Optimise platform usage, embed data and prove ROI of our social data and solution to clients to maximise retention.
  • Provide expert consulting services that turns social data into powerful actionable insights.
  • You will be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle including set-up, query writing, analysis and reporting.
  • Helping clients develop and implement taxonomies within the Ipsos Synthesio platform and train them on how to maximise its insight value
  • Mentor team members on how best to leverage social data to answer key business questions for clients,
  • Negotiate advantageous long-term agreements with support from team lead.
  • Mentor and upskill the team to become experts in the social intelligence space.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Good track record in delivering ROI through excellent client service, embedding data and providing world-class consulting with social data
  • Experience working with social data to provide consulting to clients on innovation and strategic brand development areas
  • Expertise with SaaS platforms and how it can be implemented and used to make sense of data
  • Experience and confidence in designing, planning and facilitating research projects (qual/quant or both) - plus
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships quickly with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate with win-win outcomes and manage tricky situations with clients.
  • Experience in managing people and developing them in all aspects of account management, data analytics & consulting and embedding data within the client organisations.
  • Knowledge of social intelligence space
  • Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
