About the role:
As a Research Manager, you'll lead high-quality research projects that impact top-tier clients in the FMCG team. Your role will involve managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet client objectives and drive business impact. Working with the vibrant FMCG team, you'll participate in online communities, ethnography, focus groups, and workshops. Your insights will contribute significantly to understanding consumer motivations and behaviours globally.
About you:
Essential Skills:
- Genuine interest in FMCG, brands, innovation and cultural trends.
- Experience in managing research projects and client relationships.
- Experience working across projects involving workshops and co-creation.
- Proven experience in qualitative research methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficient in analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of core AI and machine learning concepts in research, such as predictive modelling and sentiment analysis.
- Experience in AI qual i.e. modbots, would be ideal
