About the role:

The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional qualitative and quantitative research solutions within Ipsos Healthcare. You will be central to client engagements, designing impactful studies, leading end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring that research insights have tangible impacts on healthcare brands and products. This dynamic role involves overseeing the development of project teams, managing resources, and nurturing client partnerships at a trusted advisor level.

About you:

Essential skills:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare research sector
  • A strong track record of successfully managing studies across the product lifecycle
  • Experience across a range of studies covering different business needs (including but not limited to opportunity assessments, patient/ HCP journey and communications/campaign testing).
  • Ability to design research approaches according to client business needs and where they are in their product life cycle.
  • A strong understanding of research methodologies and a passion for delivering insightful results
  • Experience in contributing to revenue generation, e.g. by writing proposals and winning new business and/or developing client accounts
  • Experience of drafting and reviewing deliverables such as reports, that are impactful

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines is highly preferred
  • Experience with more innovative methods, for example: social intelligence analytics, VR, AR, sensors, and Curation/Trends/Futures.
  • Familiarity with digital data collection methods and online analytics tools.
  • Experience in global or cross-regional market research projects.
  • AI-Based Research Tools expertise: Practical experience using AI-powered tools for research tasks, including data analysis platforms and automation tools.

About the Team

The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
