We're seeking an Account Manager ready to take the wheel and achieve greatness. There's no ceiling - you'll be afforded the space to 'own' your accounts and campaigns, and be given all the support you need to achieve incredible things.

The Role:
- To act as an effective bridge between their clients and our internal teams
- To manage their client relationships, ensuring their client's needs are always met
- To effectively communicate, problem-solve and respond to requests in a timely manner in order to drive projects to completion
- Effective management of their client relationships to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Instrumental in the delivery of high quality work which meets the client's needs
- Taking client briefs and writing concise creative, development and artwork briefs
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
- Developing a greater understanding of the client's business, including staying abreast of competitor activity
- Following agency processes and updating agency systems (e.g. Jira, Scoro) based on project status
- Support with proposals based on an understanding of their client's business needs and requirements
- Setting agendas and maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps
- Keeping the team and client up-to-date with useful information e.g. competitor activity, relevant industry news
- Preparing materials for pitches and client presentations
- An ability to multitask with a huge capacity for getting things done is essential.
- Building client relationships to grow accounts, you will have a natural flair for identifying and capturing new opportunities.
