Reporting Manager (Part time) - Fixed term contract

What you could be doing:
- In this role within the Aftersales Intelligence team, you will be responsible for delivering insight into network performance, ensuring it is presented clearly, meaningfully and in market context.
- Alongside regular reporting, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements and help shape effective solutions. This will enable you to deliver metrics, dashboards and other outputs that support improved Aftersales performance across our retailer network, field teams and wider stakeholders within Volkswagen Group UK and HQ.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and excel skills
- High degree of commercial awareness and acumen.
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex issues.
- Can be flexible and adaptable in approach.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Qlik or similar BI tools.
- Experience of Automotive Aftersales is an advantage, but not essential.
