Role title: Reporting and Insights Manager
Location: London/Newbury

Role Purpose

The Reporting and Insights Manager EU Cluster is a vital contributor of implementing Data Driven decision making in D&IT EU Cluster and ensuring our objectives are met through implementing and tracking OKRs and KPIs.

What you'll do

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Data Reporting expert
• You will be responsible in creating a Data framework to support EU Cluster D&IT in adopting cultural change towards data driven decision making.
• You will have to evolve, maintain and support all current strategic dashboards
• You will take EU Cluster stakeholders on a data driven journey enabling value in their area through data
• You will influence "direction of travel" of senior leaders
• As a Data Expert you will be able to manage the following activities with little or no supervision.
• Innovating with data
• Managing change / risk
• Leading Change
• Introducing Data
• Standardising Data
• Interacting with Data

Insights expert

• Leverage existing data to drive maximum value within your business area working with senior leadership to align and support their strategy.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Leadership skills - creating alignment with multiple stakeholders with different interests, delegation and empowerment of internationally dispersed workforce, asking for input before making decisions and reframing.
• Management skills, in particular, project management and networking, influence, communications and relationship building skills
• Passionate about creating a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team; excited about trying new solutions
