Salary: £24,243
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with data reporting tasks and reporting on behalf of the Business Management & Performance Team Lead and wider business
- Maintaining and updating reports based on end-user requirements to provide key Recruitment Operational data
- Working collaboratively with each of the Recruitment Operations operational teams to support the key requirements around weekly reporting; collating data by hire types, by business units and by functions
- Assisting in the preparation of reporting packs maintaining accuracy and traceability
- Building and maintaining accurate and reliable data reports to help work towards our continuous improvement goal
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Previous administration or reporting experience
- Excel experience
Desirable:
- Experience of creating slide packs
- Experience of interrogating data

The Recruitment Hub team:
You will provide recruitment support for BAE Systems across our UK business sectors. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders by attending regular meetings and sharing relevant data and performance metrics. You will possess a solid understanding of the business, enabling you to foster effective partnerships and ensure optimal use of recruitment services.
Working within the Recruitment Operational Performance Team, and reporting to the Recruitment Insights & Reporting Associate, this role will be responsible for collecting, providing, and analysing data, reports, and insights to support recruitment operations.
This is a new and growing team which will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow within the team.
