Role: Repairs Service Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week - usual working hours would be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, however, we operate within a flexible and agile working arrangement (by agreement) to cover the service 24 hours per day and 7 days a week
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Grade I - £43,421 - £46,464 per annum

About the Role
As a Repairs Service Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for the management of a team of Trade colleagues to deliver a first-class Construction, Repairs & Maintenance Services to tenants of Nottingham City Council and leaseholders. We will look to you to deliver work streams across our Property directorate to maximise tenant's satisfaction with the quality of their homes and the neighbourhood they live in.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of managing productivity and performance a motivating craft operatives along with a proven track record in delivering high quality repairs & maintenance service
- Experience and proven skill in managing health and safety in a similar role, mitigating or eliminating risks
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate at all levels
- Ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively
- Team player, delivering services through collaborative working
- Ability to think on their feet and deal with a changing environment
