WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

The EMEA region is one of the largest markets in the world for Box, and we need a very high-performer to lead the EMEA Renewals team. The Renewals team partners across Sales, Customers Success, Operations, Finance, and Legal to drive the renewal process for existing customers. The Renewals team informs account renewal strategy, guides customers through the renewal process including commercial negotiations, and quotes and processes orders with our operations teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and develop a team of Renewal Managers and Renewal Advisors covering the entire EMEA region
• Co-own and deliver the customer retention and renewal growth targets for the EMEA region
• Actively participate in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings - building strong relationships with strategic clients
• Contribute to EMEA Go-to-Market strategy and Global Renewal Strategy and initiatives
• Achieve key outcomes through a combination of direct team engagement and indirect influence on adjacent teams
• Forecast weekly to Regional and Global Senior Management
• Foster a high performing growth orientated team culture
• Actively use salesforce.com to manage the sales process and set standards for performance metrics

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years closing experience, including 3+ years experience selling to large, complex Enterprise organisations
• 3+ years People Management experience
• Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
• Prior experience in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales or renewal experience
• Excellent communication, business acumen and time management skills
• Experienced negotiator, with ability to influence C-Level stakeholders
• Experience working with clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa is a bonus
• Additional European language is a bonus
