Key Roles for a Relief Team Manager:

  • Manage all performance management activities
  • Monitor and act upon performance metrics against site and individuals
  • Actively look for performance-based improvements for their site
  • Conduct all HR and workforce related administration
  • Monitor compliance to internal processes and procedures
  • Adherence to KPIs and analytics reports
  • Manage escalated Issues

Requirements

Key Skills and Requirements for a Relief Team Manager:

  • Extensive experience in a warehouse distribution management role
  • Ability to identify areas for improved processes and enhanced productivity
  • Strong management and leadership skills to promote & improve productivity and performance
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify business requirements against performance metrics
  • 3PL experience advantageous
