The Package

• Relief Chef Manager
• £38,000 Salary
• 10% bonus
• Mileage at 45p per mile
• Monday - Friday daytime hours
• Term time only ( 42 weeks )

The Job Role

• Relief Chef Manager based in a state education contract
• To support on 14 schools in the East London area both primary and secondary school.
• Working on brand standards and audits
• Assisting in creating fresh food menus and keeping up to trend with the latest foods.
• Supporting the business needs, training and developing staff and covering sites.

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager with experience working within Fresh Food Education sites
• A genuine love for Fresh Food and keeping up with latest trends
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food
• An energetic, passionate team player

The Location

• East London
• Road based role, Must have your own transport.
