Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

An operational role, focusing on the Release Management function. Following common ITIL policies and procedures in support of release and change. Ensure management of customer solutions aligns with operational support processes where possible. Adhere to agreed QA standards and Accreditation requirements. Drive quality assurance across the service lifecycle. Ensure no major self-inflicted faults or outages from change and provide ownership of this function for the customer.

What you'll do

  • Lead the Network Operations Lifecycle Management process
  • Conduct initial patch assessments to determine applicability
  • Coordinate engineering resources for patch testing and secondary assessments
  • Collaborate with internal operations, project teams, and customers to manage patching schedules
  • Maintain and update patch records
  • Provide customer reporting, including calls and meetings
  • Notify and update the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • Oversee and manage release processes and templates
  • Occasionally work outside regular hours to coordinate complex application releases

Who you are

  • Expertise in managing customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in ITIL best practices with extensive experience
  • Skilled in creating high-quality documentation
  • Proven track record in change and release management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
