About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Release and Implementation Manager with strong expertise in Banking and Finance domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Working closely with the Programme team stakeholders Change Management and Service Transition to ensure that CBS and customer outcomes are implemented in a safe and secure way
  • All implementations across the programme
  • Route to live Provide ad hoc support to the delivery leads for nonprod changes
  • Lead on detailed implementation planning creating and securing approval to 1 minute by minute implementation plans 2 implementation comms plans
  • Forecast and secure required implementation team resources including third parties
  • Ensure each release implementation nonprod and prod is taken through the appropriate governance
    o Raise and secure approval of SMAX records
    o Prepare for and present at CDR and CAB to secure required approvals
    o Provide inputs into Go No Go papers in respect of the implementation
  • Lead the implementation team includes out of hours work for which time in lieu will be provided
  • Play an active role in live proving
  • Lead incident management resolution during the live proving and warranty periods
  • Secure CAB approval to exit warranty
  • Capture and embed lessons learned into future releases and implementations

Your Skills:

    Significant experience of planning and leading major implementations with proven ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement quickly and effectively able to establish key relationships with the ability to bridge between service technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Realtime problem solving critical thinker with the ability to have clarity of thought in pressured situations
  • Able to integrate quickly and effectively within an established programme team
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
