As the Relationship Manager you will assume responsible in cultivating and nurturing client relationships, taking the lead in endeavors to guarantee client contentment, loyalty, and business expansion.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client objectives, preferences, and challenges.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on relevant market developments.
  • Ensure that all client interactions and business activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the betting and gaming industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using the company's CRM system.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and client metrics.

Qualifications

  • Competent in Vendor Management, the process of overseeing relationships, contracts, and interactions with external suppliers or vendors to optimize the quality, cost, and performance of goods and services acquired.
  • Good knowledge of payment data security standards (e.g., PCI DSS) and compliance requirements in the gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Risk Management, identifies, evaluates and manages risks by developing and implementing risk management strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures and practices.
  • Competent in Market Research, process of gathering, analysing, and interpreting information about a target market to inform business decisions.
  • Good communication, the ability to share or understand information, ideas and feelings successfully.
  • Skilled in Data Analysis, interpreting, cleaning, transforming, and deriving meaningful insights from complex datasets using statistical, computational, and visualization techniques to inform decision-making and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Good at Strategic Thinking, thinking beyond immediate tasks to contribute to long-term product strategy and vision.
  • Good Negotiation skills, to communicate and collaborate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements or resolutions in various situations.
  • A good understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Skilled in Project Management, planning, organising, and overseeing tasks, resources, and timelines to achieve specific objectives and deliver successful outcomes within a defined scope.
  • Good understanding of the Regulatory Compliance in the betting and gaming industry to ensure compliance to legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Capable of Problem-solving, the ability to identify challenges, analyse situations, and develop effective solutions to overcome difficulties or achieve desired outcomes.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and in collaboration with the wider business to drive successful product development and launch.
